Formal Hair and Makeup? ?

i suggest you dont wear any makeup at ALL!! if you are going to be dancing and moving no matter what your makeup is like it will mess up! TRUST ME! but if you do wear make up i suggest just a simple lipstick and mascara, and maybe, just maybe some eyeshadow. i hope you take my advice because alot of ppl wore makeup at my cousins prom and they ended up looking like a raccoon at the end
