I'm fat black & ugly I need help please and honest opinions.?

I'm a fat black woman, and my co-workers always make fun of my race, weight, and looks. Do I need a makeover? I also need some fashion advice as in how to dress. I also need a way to lose some weight. I also have a boyfriend but he's won't have sex with me unless I'm flat on my belly not revealing my face. Should I try Jenny Craig? I need to prove these co-workers wrong. Or else they won't accept me and keep making fun of me. Please please please, help me out guys. Or else I just may commit suicide. :(
