Boarding school or stay at home?

Please READ: Okay, so I know that prestigious boarding schools (exeter, andover) are often prioritized in US college admissions. The problem is, I participate in science fair, play bassoon out of school, and am on some great sports teams and that would be a lot to leave behind. **Also, I am two years ahead in math and one in french and science.** Do the pros outweigh the cons?
