Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.....the Higgins family?

I don't know if you remember that episode with 5 orphaned kids? 14-21. Extreme makeover found out about them and then a family took them in which resulted in 10 people living in a cramped place. So after the whole makeover they had a 9 bedroom house and the family that took them in kicked them out cuz the house wasn't named after the kids it was named after the people who took them in. So the kids filed a lawsuit against them. Just wondering if they got their house back?
