How to give your friend an extreme makeover?

okay so people call her weird, ugly, and fat all the time and i hate it. But she does act pretty immature sometimes( like she always says she farted and laughs about potty talk) and i dont like it either. SO i dont want to change her totally but maybe make her a little prettier and more mature?? idk, i just want to help her and i dont want to seem like a bad person. OKAY so she has strawberry blonde hair thats long and its just normal. no bangs,layers, or anything. it is kinda stringy though.. eyes are blue and she has glasses but her lids are really big and you can hardly see her lashes. her brows hardly show cuz they r so blonde. she has a lot of acne and chapped lips. and she dresses quirky ... so yeah any ideas? thanks.
