Why TL 9000 is good to implement in a telecom company? What are the benefits?
TL 9000 is a telecommunications standard, its a modification of ISO 9001. My question is what benefits or what edge a telecom company has by implementing TL 9000 to a company not implementing this standard. What are the pros and cons of implementing it? Can a company be on the top position without implementing TL 9000?
